WHAT TO EXPECT

Auditions Process

Acting workshop

Take part in a practical session of drama games, exercises and creative exploration. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your openness, playfullness and collaboration skills.

Training as an actor requires the development of independent thought, teamwork and technical skills.

Movement workshop

The movement element of the day will consist of a dance class designed to assess your physical skills and co-ordination. Physical transformation and control is a significant part of an actors tool kit and we work with all our students to develop their physical skills in preparation for their career.

Monologue

For your Acting audition, you should prepare a monologue from a play, this can be from the contemporary or classical repertoire. Choose material that is close to your age and experience.
