Voice & Singing

Pierina Penny

Pierina trained on the Intensive Singing Course at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance where she obtained BA (Hons) in Actor Musicianship. Pierina is an Estill Master Trainer, one of the few licensed practitioners in the UK having trained under the guidance of Anne-Marie Speed. This cutting edge voice training system enables coaches to train voices with exceptional results, quickly diagnose vocal problems and provide quick and effective solutions without compromising artistry.

Pierina has trained performers in technical voice at a wide range of training institutions and leading UK Drama schools including Mountview and Birmingham School of Acting. In addition to her faculty position at Arts1, Pierina is a senior voice tutor at London Studio Centre where she coaches voice to aspirational dance professionals.
