There are many benefits to ballet training as an adult. Whether you have no previous dance experience or a lot, this class is a fun way to improve strength, co ordination, posture and overall fitness.
Following the classical ballet class structure, we begin with a barre warm up and move on to centre work, adagio and allegro.
