Arts1 Ltd.  Payment Terms & Conditions, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Please note that fees are payable half termly in advance as indicated above and are due on the first day of term.  Outstanding payments may result in you/your child being withdrawn from the class.  Missed sessions must be paid for as places at the school are limited and Arts1 has a waiting list. Concession fees are available at 15% discount and are only available to the younger siblings of full paying members, by prior agreement, or for members attending further Arts1 classes in addition to a fully paid class.   Please talk to the Arts1 staff for further details.

All members of Arts1 Musical Theatre classes will pay a registration fee of £10 prior to the commencement of classes to cover the cost of a uniform T-Shirt.

Production payment deposits are non-returnable and will secure your place within the production.

Payments can be made via cash, cheques made payable to Arts1 Ltd or with credit or debit card.  You can monitor your personal account balance via your Arts1 online customer account.

Should you wish to leave Arts1, one half-terms notice is required in writing otherwise fees may still be incurred and you will be eligible to pay full fees until the end of the notice period. No refunds will be made for lessons within the notice period.
