Terms & Conditions

Enrolment at Arts1 School of Performance is at the discretion of Arts1 management.  All potential members must participate in a trial session or audition workshop as agreed prior to enrolment, where individual suitability and need can be identified.

All members of Arts1 School of Performance will pay a registration fee of £10 at the point of enrolment before the commencement of classes.

All members of Arts1 School of Performance are expected to pay session fees half-termly in advance as outlined by the school.  Payments are due within 14 days of invoice.  Payments can be made by cash, cheque or card in person.  Card payments may also be made online by visiting www.arts1.co.uk 

All members of Arts1 School of Performance are required to give a half term’s notice in writing when wishing to leave the school.  Any member failing to give a full half term’s notice in writing will be obliged to pay fees for the full notice period.

Arts1 School of Performance reserves the right to withdraw any member at any time without notice for non-payment of fees. 

All members of Arts1 School of Performance are expected to wear uniform to workshop sessions, rehearsals and performance events as outlined on the uniform list.

Arts1 School of Performance has a no smoking policy and chewing gum is not permitted on the premises.

All members of Arts1 School of Performance are expected to show courtesy and good manners to other members and staff at all times.  Bad language, bullying and intimidation will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

All members of Arts1 School of Performance are expected to respect the facilities and resources provided by the organisation and its host venues.

Arts1 School of Performance does not accept responsibility for any personal belongings or valuables brought onto the premises and will not be held liable for losses and damages to personal property.

All members of Arts1 School of Performance are expected to demonstrate a professional attitude and commitment.  This includes an excellent level of attendance and punctuality and full commitment to any extra rehearsals, events and performance commitments as required.

Arts1 School of Performance will from time to time run additional productions which may require rehearsal commitments beyond regular session times and may include weekends and holiday times.  Participation in productions will require full commitment and may carry an additional cost. 

Arts1 School of Performance reserves the right to remove any member at anytime without warning from its sessions if it feels that the behaviour or conduct of that member is not conducive to the working environment or to the progress of other members.   

Arts1 School of Performance reserves the right to remove any member at anytime without warning from its sessions if there is a breach of the terms and conditions outlined above.
